• Executing Crisis: A C-Suite Crisis Leadership Survival Guide by Dr. Jo Robertson

• You’re It: Crisis, Change, and How to Lead When it Matters Most by Leonard J. Marcus, Eric J. McNulty, Joseph M. Henderson, Barry C. Dorn
• 50 Great Disasters Made Worse by Human Folly by Jeffrey King
  Good for understanding what happens when you don’t have a handle on crisis management
• The Green Beret Guide to Great Disasters: What Caused Them And How We Prevent Future Ones by Bob Mayer (this is the book where the 7 Points of Failure comes from)
• Collaborative Crisis Management: Prepare, Execute, Recover, Repeat by Thomas A. Cole and Paul Verbinnen (unlike lots of other crisis books, this one has some info about legal ramifications)
